Customer Operations Specialist (6 months contract)
Market Pay is seeking a talented individual to join our team for a 6 months period and contribute to the success of our enterprise payment solutions.

Your Role
You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.
Job Description:
Operational execution
Ensure efficient execution of daily customer operations tasks in compliance with internal standards, market best practices, and SLA requirements.Prepare, review, and deliver operational reports to internal stakeholders and clients on a regular basis.
Compliance and data review
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations.Documentation and knowledge base
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation, knowledge databases, and team reports.Client support
Provide assistance to clients on financial matters, data extraction, and reporting issues, maintaining SLA commitments and communication standards.Performance monitoring
Ensure alignment with departmental KPIs and SLAs.Work schedule adherence
Comply with designated work schedules and shifts. Contribute to ensuring overall team adherence to planned staffing and shift allocations.Representation and participation
Represent the Company in internal and external meetings, workshops, and partner discussions, Actively engage in internal team meetings, quality review sessions, and workshops to support service excellence and operational consistency.
Additional Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support continuous business improvement and strategic objectives.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive attitude toward process optimization and operational excellence, with quick adaptation to changes in Company processes and culture.
Adaptability to the Company's work culture, operational dynamics, collaborative environment, and teamwork;
Awareness of confidentiality and compliance, including adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
