To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will act as a strategic partner to our customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions, drive long-term success, and build lasting relationships. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the ongoing growth of the Market Pay Group.
🎯 Your Mission
As our Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor for a portfolio of AltaPay merchants.
You won’t just manage accounts; you will help them optimize their payment strategies and extract maximum value from our platform.
This role sits at the exciting intersection of relationship management, technical consulting, and commercial growth.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Master the Onboarding: Guide new customers through implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the AltaPay ecosystem.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary advocate within AltaPay.
Technical & Strategic Guidance: Translate complex technical questions (APIs, integrations) into business solutions in collaboration with our product teams.
Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor transaction data to advise customers on checkout setups and new payment methods.
Commercial Ownership: Lead the commercial health of your accounts by handling contract updates, addendums, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure we deliver on our promises every single day.

You are a proactive communicator who thrives on seeing customers succeed. You should bring:
Experience: A background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical AM (ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Payments).
The Hybrid Mindset: You are equally comfortable discussing business ROI and technical API integrations.
Organization: You can juggle multiple high-value relationships without dropping the ball.
Languages: Fluency in Danish and English is essential (written and spoken).
💡 Bonus points for:
Familiarity with the payment landscape or eCommerce ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar technical tools.
