Market Pay’s payment solutions are designed and developed internally by our Products and Solutions teams. The development teams use the scrum methodology. The SAFe methodology is used to synchronise teams’ roadmaps and ensure the delivery of transversal epics.
MISSIONS
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding one or more agile teams toward high performance, helping them deliver value efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and focus on delivering business outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and other Scrum Masters to create a strong agile delivery culture in a dynamic and complex environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Facilitating all agile ceremonies with impact and intent (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
Proactively identifying and helping remove impediments to optimize team flow and delivery
Monitoring team performance through delivery metrics and ensuring continuous visibility of progress (e.g., via Jira dashboards, reports, and burn-down charts)
Encouraging a culture of feedback and experimentation, fostering team autonomy and accountability
Supporting the Product Manager and Product Owner in managing the product backlog and maintaining focus on delivering value
Driving continuous improvement at both the team and organizational level by sharing agile practices and insights
Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders on agile principles and Scrum practices
Supporting and coaching the Squads to ensure adherence to the SAFe framework and alignment with group standards.
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Manager to align ways of working across teams and contribute to scaling agile within the organization
PROFILE
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more agile software delivery teams
Strong understanding of Agile values and principles, with deep knowledge of the Scrum framework
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile performance metrics
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills ; able to build trust and promote collaboration across functions
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, balancing delivery priorities with process excellence
Proactive and servant-leadership mindset. You lead by influence, not authority
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels of agile maturity
Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
Experience in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) context is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER
An attractive remuneration: fixed salary + variable based on objectives
Up to 3 days of remote work per week
