Customer Operations Specialist (French language)
Market Pay is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our enterprise payment solutions.
If you have experience in customer operations, customer service, KYC/KYB or other back-office functions, covering it with French language, we want to hear from you!
Your Role
You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.
- Incoming customer query handling
- Investigation and resolution of financial transactions issues such as double charges, claims, etc.
- Undertaking research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessment via internal and external sources
- Performing screening
- Detecting and reporting suspicious activity including the predicate offences to money laundering and terrorist financing
- Ensuring all documents submitted are in line with internal policies
- Escalating any red flags and potential risks to the escalation team
- Handling sensitive or confidential information
- Billing, supplier management and a diverse range of back-office tasks to broaden your experience
- Additionally, working hours is from 9 till 18 and sometimes could be a need to cover duties during Lithuanian bank holidays.
Nice to have experience in KYC/AML/KYB and additional language like Spanish/Italian, but French is a must.

- English and French languages.
