🎯 Your Mission (if you accept it!)

As a Payment Project Manager, you will:

· Be the orchestrator of client projects, from onboarding to go-live

· Analyze client needs, identify gaps, and turn them into opportunities

· Drive project rituals, timelines, and delivery with precision

· Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients

· Lead strategic internal projects, impacting multiple teams across the group

· Always keep an eye on continuous improvement & innovation

💡 What You Bring

· 3+ years of experience in payment project management (finance, fintech, consulting…)

· Strong expertise in cards and/or e-commerce payments

· Solid background in Agile project/program management

· Natural ability to understand client needs & turn them into solutions

· Experience working with cross-functional, international teams

· Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian or French = big plus)

· And above all: curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make an impact
