🚀 Your Mission

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the certification of our advanced payment solutions.
At the crossroads of technology, compliance, and business, you’ll drive high-impact projects ensuring our platforms meet international and domestic standards  Visa, Mastercard, EMV, CB, Bancomat, Bancontact, and more.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and external certification bodies to make sure every Market Pay solution is validated, compliant, and market-ready.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end certification projects  define scope, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and deliver milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, QA) to ensure priorities and blockers are handled efficiently.
• Manage relationships with certification bodies, auditors, card schemes, and acquiring partners.
• Guarantee compliance and quality  oversee testing, follow corrective actions, and ensure full adherence to scheme and acquirer requirements.
• Continuously improve workflows, optimizing for scalability and operational excellence.

🧠 What You Bring

• ✅ 3+ years of project management experience — ideally in Fintech, Banking, or Payments.
• ✅ Proven success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• ✅ Knowledge of payment standards (EMV, PCI DSS, SEPA, 3D Secure, etc.); certification experience with card schemes/acquirers is a big plus.
• ✅ Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ✅ A proactive, structured mindset — thriving in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
• ✅ Fluent English (written & verbal); experience with Agile tools (JIRA) is an advantage.
