We’re Looking for a Rockstar Channel Sales Manager – French Market!
Are you a partnership pro who loves driving sales and building strong relationships? We want you as our next Channel Sales Manager to help grow our presence in France by managing and optimizing relationships with our key partners: distributors, resellers, system integrators, and ISVs.
Your Mission:
As Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, building solid relationships, driving sales performance, and giving our partners the resources they need to succeed. You’ll play a key role in the Group’s digital transformation from our Paris office.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Scout and sign up new channel partners.
- Negotiate and seal new partnership deals.
- Work closely with our teams to train partners on our products, services, and sales processes.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Be the go-to contact for all things partner-related.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team up with our Customer Success Managers for regular business reviews and solutions to any hurdles.
- Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement
- Set and track sales goals for your partners.
- Manage the indirect sales pipeline, tweaking strategies as needed.
- Create fun incentive programs to keep your partners motivated and hitting targets.
- Market Expansion & Strategy Development
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for indirect sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop exciting campaigns tailored to partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the payments and fintech ecosystem in France.
- Skills: A strategic thinker with killer negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Attitude: Proactive, relationship-driven, and ready to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Communication: A confident communicator who can present to senior leaders and external partners with ease.
