About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of executing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. This role demands a "doer" who thrives on making things happen, quickly and efficiently, while mastering the art of guiding complex deals to closure. You will play a key role in driving sales within our Merchants & Distributors business unit, helping us grow our presence in critical regions such as Italy and Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Closing: Own the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing high-value, complex deals. You'll be responsible for finding new business opportunities, managing long sales cycles, and bringing deals to a successful conclusion.
- Hands-On Execution: Take charge of execution with a “get things done” attitude, ensuring all activities—from prospecting to contract signing—are carried out with precision and speed.

Market Penetration: Focus on target markets, particularly in Italy and Poland, developing strategies and leveraging your network to build strong, immediate impact.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise to clients on payment solutions,
including POS systems, acquiring, and payment acceptance.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer needs while managing complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and clean sales pipeline, consistently forecasting performance and tracking key milestones throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
Technical and Sales Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales full stack, from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in selling BtoB SaaS selling complex solution.
- Proven ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals, often involving multiple decision-makers.
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and a track record in closing deals worth six figures or more.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Payment Solutions
- Strong expertise in the payment solutions industry, particularly in acquiring, payment acceptance, and POS systems.
- Extensive network of contacts with big merchants and distributors
Experience in retail, distribution is a strong “plus”
Soft Skills:
- A true doer: proactive, curious, resilient, and entrepreneurial, Fully autonomous, with a bias toward action and execution.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (such as Italian or Polish) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute with speed and precision in a fast-moving environment.
