What you’ll do:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem, bringing your technical expertise to ensure the stability and scalability of our solutions. Here are your key responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development best practices for Salesforce across the organization, ensuring optimal management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud modules.
- Provide level 3 technical support to internal teams, solving complex issues and ensuring top-notch solution quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, developers, business users) to define and deploy Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Coordinate large-scale technical projects, from design to production deployment, while balancing innovation and technological stability.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the Customer Service department to ensure Salesforce solutions meet user expectations.
What you bring to the team:
We’re looking for a Salesforce expert with a passion for cutting-edge technology and strong technical leadership skills. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, as well as integration with external systems.
- Mastery of Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Communities.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, etc.) required.
- Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
- Agile (Scrum) experience is a plus.
